New Construction

The project below is a two story home out in Bodega Bay, CA. We were responsible for the framing, doors/windows, and exterior siding. This home is built using the best materials, and designed to last in a very harsh environment. The exterior plywood itself is waterproof, and the siding is concrete Hardie board. The most difficult part of this build was the windows. Most of the glass is floor to ceiling. Many of the windows are actually multiple panels installed as one unit. There are two four-panel sliding glass doors, with one acting as the corner of the master BDRM. All the doors and windows in this home are manufactured by Fleetwood.  The siding is Hardie lap siding. 

This home was built in Glen Ellen. This home is also all Fleetwood doors and windows. The exterior of this building is stucco.
