This project in Sebastopol was an amazing transformation. We took down several interior walls, opening up the dining room/living room. We completely removed and replaced the exterior window wall, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen has a secret pantry accessed through a hidden walkthrough cabinet. We also upgraded several of the bathrooms with new tile and warm floors. The entire house received new hardwood floors and a fresh coat of paint inside and out. 

This project began with fire damage to the home. The first thing we did was repair the fire damaged roof framing and sheeting. We then added recessed lighting throughout the home, and replaced the drywall and insulation. We covered the wood accent walls in the Living room/Kitchen and the bedroom with clear tongue and groove cedar. All the trim in the main living room is stain grade redwood and the bedroom is stain grade oak. In the kitchen we removed and replaced the counters and backsplash for a more modern look.
