Exterior Repairs and Renovations

California has some of the most beautiful coast lines and forests. Unfortunately these environments tend to wear our homes down quickly. We can help you repair and renovate the exterior of your home so you can keep enjoying our amazing environment. Check below for some examples of past projects.

This home is right by the coast and had some issues with water leaking. We removed the cedar shingle siding as well as the deck boards. We wrapped the walls in new waterproofing and flashing to insure the leaking stopped, and replaced rotten plywood along the way. We then replaced the shingles and deck boards finishing with a new coat of paint 

This deck below was old and rotting, so we rebuilt it to last. We removed the deck boards, and replaced the framing and the railing. We installed new solid core Trex decking boards with hidden fasteners. We also installed the deck boards with an exterior picture frame to reduce rotting on the framing below. We finished everything up with a fresh coat of paint on the railing. 

This project below was an entire home remodel. Part of the project was giving this old deck an uplift. We reinforced the framing, added new deck boards, rebuilt the railing, and stained the whole thing. This is a redwood deck with a hog wire railing in powder coated black.
